Policies
All food and beverage services must be catered and approved by the Art Museum of WVU. Any restrictions regarding use of the Grand Hall will be provided by the museum and we reserve the right to alter any stipulations stated in the rental agreement.
The Museum Education Center is not available for commercial sales or retail use, partisan political activity, church or religious services (with exceptions of weddings), fundraising activities for profit or any similar activity. The Director of the Art Museum reserves the right to refuse privileges and/or use of the facilities when the granting of such privileges will be detrimental to the best interests of the Museum Education Center.
Requesting the Space
To request use of the Museum Education Center for any event, class, or conference, please fill out ONE of the following forms:
- MEC Rental Form
- MEC Recital Request Form (for College of Creative Arts recitals only)
- Wedding Request Form
